★★★★★AlisonI have tried just about every type of dental guard on the market (including one made for me by my dentist). The SleepRight Select model is by far the most comfortable. If you have never worn a dental guard before, it can take a couple of days to get used to them, but it is worth persevering. The difference with the SleepRight guards is that they 'educate' you to stop grinding/clenching. I have used one for several years now and my severe bruxism has all but stopped. The technology is easily the best available and the products are of excellent quality and durability. They do need to be replaced every so often, but that is a small price to pay for restful sleep. I no longer feel any pain in my jaw and sleep in the knowledge that my teeth are protected. Worth every penny!

★★★★★JoeI've had teeth grinding issues for years. I've tried using gum shields in the past but they're just too bulky to comfortably sleep. This product nicely fits in your mouth and prevents grinding exactly as you want.

★★★KateMany people clench their jaw at night without even realising, resulting in disturbed sleep, damaged teeth, jaw pain and headaches. This guard protects teeth by preventing you from clenching and grinding as bite pads stop your jaw closing fully. It’s slimline, which reduces any rubbing or pressing on gums, while the pads swivel to match your bite angle and adjust to fit all mouths. I often wake during the night with jaw ache and most mornings have a headache, so I must be clenching my jaw. Until now there’s been no way to stop it, but this guard is easy to use and fits well to the shape of my mouth. It did take a bit of getting used to as it feels weird having plastic in your mouth. However, after a few nights I realised I was sleeping through and waking without an aching jaw or head. I don’t use it every night, just as a precaution whenever I’ve had a stressful day.
